"Decent service, but the data disappears way too fast"
It’s okay overall, but the data limit is really frustrating. I feel like I barely use it and it’s already gone. For what I’m paying, I’d expect either more data or some kind of credit/compensation when it runs out this quickly.

"Cancelling was weirdly confusing"
I tried to cancel my Homefi service i couldn’t figure out why it had to be so complicated. I kept looking for clear instructions and felt like I was missing something, but there just weren’t any simple steps to follow. Then I had to wait around for replies, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. It felt like they were making it harder than it needed to be. Not something I’d want to deal with again.

"I don’t really get why some people..."
I don’t really get why some people complain so much about signal strength, because it’s been mostly solid in my flat. It only dips a bit when I’m in the back room, and even then it’s not like it completely stops working. Setup was straightforward enough, so I’m happy with it overall

"Works fine, but the coverage isn’t perfect"
Homefi works well in my living room and it’s fine for regular browsing, but the signal literally drops off in the back room and sometimes when I’m outside. The speed is decent when the connection is strong, so it’s not terrible or anything. I just wish it was a bit more consistent throughout the house.

I ran into a small issue while getting my setup sorted out, so I ended up reaching out to support. They did get back to me, and to be fair, the answer they sent was actually helpful and got me moving again. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping for. Overall, not a bad experience, but I definitely wish the response had come a little quicker.

"Solid router, setup was a bit annoying"
Got this from homefi.info and it’s been working well. WiFi reaches around the house and the speed’s been fine. Setup took me a little longer than I thought, but after that it’s been smooth. 4 stars.

"Streaming was honestly rough"
I tried watching a couple shows, but it kept buffering every few minutes. Even on regular quality, it froze way too much. It was super annoying, and I ended up just using my phone data instead.

"Got it fixed, but it felt like a lot"
Support did end up fixing the problem, so I’m glad about that. But it kind of dragged on and left me feeling a bit frustrated. The replies were slow, and I had to explain the same thing more than once, which just felt unnecessary. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it also wasn’t great. I just wish the steps were clearer and the whole thing moved faster

"Handy flexible contract"
I liked that I could pause it when I needed to, which was really handy. The setup took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasnt a big deal in the end.

Maybe it’s just me, but this hasn’t been great for working from home. It works fine sometimes, but my video calls drop way too often, which makes it hard to rely on for my remote job

"Setup was a headache"
I tried setting up HomeFi thinking it would be quick, but wow, give me a break. The instructions felt way more confusing than they needed to be, and I kept having to backtrack because something wasn’t clear or didn’t work the way I expected.

I just wanted to get it running and move on with my night, but instead I burned way too much time messing with it. Maybe it’s smoother for other people, but for me, the setup was not beginner-friendly and just frustrating.

I was expecting to pay more for home Wi-Fi, so I was pleasantly surprised by the price. It’s cheaper than I had in mind and feels like a solid deal so far.

Most nights the speeds were really slow, and pages would just get stuck loading. I reached out to support, but they literally didn’t really fix the issue, so it got frustrating.

"Terrible for gaming, ping was a total nightmare"
I got Homefi thinking it might be decent enough for gaming, but wow, the latency was absolutely brutal. My ping was bouncing all over the place like it had a mind of its own, and every match had random lag spikes that basically ruined the whole experience.
I tried everything I could think of: moving the router, restarting it, testing it at different times of day, the whole dramatic troubleshooting routine. It loads websites fine, so for basic browsing it might be okay, but online games felt like an endless battle against the internet itself.

Support didn’t really save the day either. They mostly gave me basic tips that didn’t change anything. If you play shooters or anything competitive, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy suffering through ping chaos.

I signed up thinking activation would be quick, because apparently I enjoy being optimistic. Instead, it took way longer than expected, and I kept checking for updates that basically weren’t there. Maybe the service is great once it’s actually up and running, but the whole start was frustrating.

I did end up getting my refund, so I’ll give credit for that. It just took longer than I personally think it should have, and I had to be more patient than usual. In the end, everything was resolved, but I’d prefer a faster process next time
